Th\u00e9l\u00e8me fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019Abbaye de Th\u00e9l\u00e8me, ce lieu imaginaire o\u00f9 la libert\u00e9, le plaisir et le go\u00fbt du bien-vivre guidaient le quotidien. Une philosophie h\u00e9doniste, joyeuse et assum\u00e9e, qui a profond\u00e9ment inspir\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e2me du lieu.<\/p>\n<p>La Sc\u00e8ne Th\u00e9l\u00e8me s\u2019inscrit ainsi comme un refuge pour les bons vivants et les amateurs de plaisirs sinc\u00e8res, un espace o\u00f9 l\u2019on c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le temps long, la convivialit\u00e9 et le partage. Le nom \u00e9voque avant tout une sc\u00e8ne au sens figur\u00e9 : celle de la table, des saveurs et des \u00e9motions, o\u00f9 la gastronomie devient une exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Itin\u00e9raire d&#8217;un enfant gourmet<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>\u00ab La Sc\u00e8ne Th\u00e9l\u00e8me, c\u2019est le cheminement de toute une vie. Dans un monde o\u00f9 tout n\u2019est pas toujours simple, j\u2019ai toujours voulu apporter ma petite pierre en cr\u00e9ant un lieu o\u00f9 l\u2019on se sente bien, convivial et positif. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1970, Jean-Marie entre chez Nestl\u00e9 avec un objectif en t\u00eate : y rester trois ans, avant de revenir \u00e0 ses deux grandes passions : la gastronomie et l\u2019art de recevoir. Anim\u00e9 par une qu\u00eate d\u2019excellence, il rejoint ensuite la brigade d\u2019Alain Ducasse au Meurice**, o\u00f9 il affine son savoir-faire et s\u2019impr\u00e8gne des codes de la grande gastronomie. C\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019il rencontre le Chef Yoshitaka Takayanagi, avec qui il d\u00e9veloppe un profond int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la gastronomie japonaise.
