From Mount Fuji to Paris<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA native of the Mount Fuji region, Chef Yoshitaka Takayanagi studied in Japan at the prestigious TSUJI Culinary School<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIn 2007, he settled in France to discover the classics of French gastronomy.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nDriven by the desire to excel, he worked throughout his career with great French chefs<\/strong> such as Guy Martin (Grand Vefour***), Yannick All\u00e9no (Pavillon Ledoyen***), and Alain Ducasse (Le Meurice**).\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Terroir mon amour,<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIt was in contact with these great masters that he honed his admirable techniques and fell in love with French terroir<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nChef Yoshitaka is now ready to create and share his own culinary vision: a pure, minimalistic experience, with a simple and clear ethos\u2014 a devotion to the richness of the products he uses.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nToday, Yoshitaka Takayanagi takes over the kitchens of La Sc\u00e8ne Th\u00e9l\u00e8me where, in harmony with the seasons, he shares with you the best of the French terroir.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
